Darwin Nunez exit ‘all but confirmed’ at Liverpool as new message spotted
Darwin Nunez could be on his way out of Liverpool this summer.
After guiding Liverpool to the Premier League title last season, Arne Slot has wasted no time in getting to work in strengthening his side for the new campaign.
However, after a disappointing season for Nunez at Anfield, it does mean that Slot may be looking to offload the forward.
Now, the 26-year-old has made a big hint that he is heading for the exit door.

Nunez sends Liverpool exit message
With the likes of Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez arriving this summer, it’s not surprising that a weaker member of the squad could be on his way out.
The addition of Wirtz is a sign of intent from the boss, but it does leave questions over Nunez’s future.
Although he had played regularly for the Reds this term, mostly from the bench, his form has been frustrating with a lack of goal contributions.
Appearances | Goals | Assists |
143 | 40 | 26 |
The attacker has often been wasteful, too, with his attitude being questioned by some at times.
Although the destination is yet to be known, it has now been made clearer than ever that an exit is on the horizon.
This comes after Nunez posted a picture on his Instagram to celebrate his birthday sporting a new haircut, which prompted a comment from Fabrizio Romano with an eyes emoji.
Nunez replied with a winky face with a tongue sticking out, a peace sign and a handshake.
Nunez to leave Liverpool
Romano is typically the first to be all over a transfer and although his comment could have been interpreted innocently in regards to his new haircut, the reply certainly suggested something deeper.
This is surely the best move for all parties, though.
There is some talent there, but Slot needs players who are ready to be at their best on a consistent level to push on for more success next term.
Wirtz is undoubtedly an upgrade and instead of letting Nunez linger on the bench, it makes sense for Liverpool to cash in instead.
A price tag of £50million has been suggested ahead of the summer transfer move, although the Reds may have to be willing to move on this to seal a deal.
