Liverpool looks set to bolster their goalkeeper department
With Caoimhin Kelleher moving to Brentford, the Reds need to add another goalkeeper to their ranks.
According to Fabrizio Romano on X (6 June), Liverpool are set to sign Armin Pecsi.
Pecsi, 20, currently plays for Hungarian club Puskas Akademia, and they are set to receive a record fee for their goalkeeper.
The Hungarian shotstopper is said to have agreed on personal terms with Liverpool, with the final club-to-club details being finalised soon.

Pecsi has two years of top-flight football in Hungary under his belt, with the youngster establishing himself as Akademia’s number 1.
Pecsi also made four appearances in the Europa Conference League last season.
Akademia narrowly missed out in the Qualification Playoff on penalties to eventual semi-finalists Fiorentina.
Liverpool preparing for life without Alisson
When Alisson’s legendary tenure eventually comes to an end at Anfield, replacing him will be far from easy.
The Brazilian is not just a Liverpool great, he is one of the best goalkeepers to ever play in the Premier League.
It is unlikely that Pecsi or Giorgi Mamardashvili, who joins the club after his loan at Valencia, are going to replace Alisson for the upcoming season.
However, with two young goalkeepers with plenty of potential learning from Alisson every day in training, Slot is prepared for when Alisson’s time in Merseyside comes to an end.
With the goalkeeper position seemingly sorted for next season, Liverpool can turn their attention to strengthening in other areas in the transfer window.
