Liverpool transfers: Three strikers that Arne Slot could sign at Anfield
Liverpool are looking to bring in a new striker this summer, with Arne Slot making major changes to his Premier League title-winning side already.
There have already been waves of rumours of incomings and outgoings for Liverpool after cruising to the Premier League title.
The Reds could be in for a complete overhaul in the final third with Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez potentially close to the exit door.
Slot is already planning on bolstering his squad with Jeremie Frimpong set to become Liverpool’s first signing. There are hints that Milos Kerkez and Florian Wirtz could also be on their way to Merseyside.

With a new striker certainly on the radar, Liverpool News has picked out three possible options.
Viktor Gyokeres
Gyokeres is one of the most in-demand strikers in the world right now. The Swedish international has scored the most goals in Europe this season, having netted 54 times for Sporting CP in all competitions.
Across the two years he has been at the Portuguese club, he’s provided more goal contributions than he has played games.
The 26-year-old is in high demand as he’s linked with Premier League rivals Arsenal.
Gyokeres is rumoured to have a release clause of £85million in his contract, which may tempt the Reds into putting a bid on the table.
Having scored 97 goals in his last two seasons, the Swede is clinical in front of goal, and adding a deadly asset to a creative Liverpool side may prove to be invaluable.
Alexander Isak
A man with proven Premier League experience, Isak has hit back-to-back 20-plus goal seasons for Newcastle.
Slot and his men know all about Newcastle’s number 14 as Isak scored what turned out to be the winning goal in the Carabao Cup final.

The efforts to bribe the striker away from his current club will be costly as the Magpies won’t want to sell one of their most valuable assets to a Premier League rival.
A fee well in excess of £100 million would be expected, with Champions League qualification at St James’ Park making it even harder.
There may be cheaper options elsewhere, but Isak’s striking attributes are some of the best in the world, and could make the Reds unstoppable.
Hugo Ekitike
One of the most promising strikers in world football, Ekitike, is flourishing in Germany for Frankfurt.
The Frenchman has scored 22 goals and assisted 12 times across all competitions this season. Seven of these were in the Europa League.
Ekitike is a key target for the Reds in the summer with the board keen on bringing in a number nine.
At just 22 years old, there’s plenty of potential for Ekitike to develop under Slot, with his quality already shining through.
