Aston Villa ‘to bite Rogers bullet’ in £60m Liverpool transfer claim – Exclusive
Liverpool could secure a deal for Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers this summer.
The Villans ace earned his first English appearance earlier this season due to his remarkable exploits in the Premier League and could be set for a major move to Anfield.
Arne Slot is keen on attacking reinforcements and the former Manchester City and West Brom youth ace has notched eight goals and ten assists is his maiden campaign in the top-flight.

Liverpool could benefit from Villa PSR troubles
A report from Daily Mail reporter Tom Collomoose (7 May) claimed that the Villans would have to make one significant sale before 30 June to balance the books amid Profit and Sustainability (PSR) concerns which had Liverpool fans dreaming.
Iconic commentator Ian Darke believes the Reds could take advantage and swoop in to secure a deal for the 22-year-old.
“Well, I don’t think in an ideal world they would be looking to get rid of him,” Darke told Liverpool News.
“It would be a big markup, because the initial fee was only somewhere around £8-10million with a few add-ons from Middlesbrough, he would now be worth at least worth five or six times that fee.
“Finances are finances, I’m never quite sure where every club is exactly with that, but he would certainly be a saleable player at a big profit, and they might have to bite that bullet.
“I can’t believe that Unai Emery or anyone else at Aston Villa really wants to see him go.
“There would be a queue half around the block, not only from English clubs I suspect, either.”

Rogers would be a brilliant addition for Liverpool
Fenway Sports Group are set back Slot with a significant budget in the offseason and a move for Rogers makes sense, especially at around £50-60million mark that Darke suggests it would cost.
The Three Lions ace is on his way to becoming a superstar under the tutelage of Emery and if he continues on his current trajectory, he will be one of the best players in the game.

His versatility and creativity would be a major asset to the champions, as he is able to operate from the left or in the number 10 role and still put up contributions.
Rogers would be a great start to their business as they look to retain their domestic crown and potentially go further in the Champions League, they should take advantage of Villa’s PSR woes and sort a deal.
