Alexander-Arnold ‘to leave Liverpool’ after ‘official’ Real Madrid update
Trent Alexander-Arnold’s future at Liverpool is still undecided as he enters into the final few months of his contract.
The right-back has been the talk of the town at Anfield for most of the season with the futures of Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah also getting brought into question.
The Reds and Alexander-Arnold have been fairly tight-lipped about the situation but after a new update has emerged, his future could already be decided.

Real Madrid make Alexander-Arnold a contract offer
As has been the case for the last few campaigns, Alexander-Arnold has been one of the Reds’ best players.
His attacking prowess alongside the way he helps lead the team have been essential to Arne Slot’s fortunes this term.
They may have dropped out of the Champions League after getting beaten by PSG on Tuesday but they’re still well on their way to winning the Premier League title.
However, as per a new update from TNT Sports via X (12 March), Real Madrid have made an offer to sign the defender upon the expiry of his current deal.
“Trent Alexander-Arnold has an official offer to join Real Madrid,” they wrote.

Alexander-Arnold to leave Liverpool
Liverpool fans won’t want to hear it but with the way things are headed, Alexander-Arnold looks set to leave the club.
The defender has been in fine form this season and has had 10 goal contributions thus far.
Competition | Games | Goals | Assists |
Champions League | 8 | 0 | 0 |
Premier League | 28 | 2 | 6 |
FA Cup | 1 | 1 | 0 |
Carabao Cup | 2 | 0 | 0 |
Since he entered the final year of his deal with the Reds, Real Madrid have been sniffing around the defender with the La Liga side looking to source a replacement for the ageing Dani Carvajal.
He would slot straight into Carlo Ancelotti’s plans and would make them an even scarier force in attack.
With the way things have gone for Jude Bellingham in Spain, Alexander-Arnold may want to spread his wings and try plying his trade elsewhere.
The defender has won everything possible with his boyhood club and if they go on to win the Premier League this season, it would be a nice way for things to finish up.
Of course, Liverpool would prefer the defender to stay but with talented players such as Connor Bradley already a part of the first team, they could have a ready-made replacement.
Only time will tell what the future holds but at the moment, everything seems to be pointing towards an exit for the Englishman.
