Liverpool told to bring ‘insane’ talent to Anfield amid new Real Madrid development
Arne Slot will be ready to make some signings during the summer transfer window and Liverpool supporters have urged him to go for one man specifically.
It will no doubt be a big summer at Anfield with Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah all unsure about what their future holds with contracts expiring at the end of the campaign.
However, the Reds can’t waste all their energy there and one man being looked at by Real Madrid could be a great fit for Liverpool.

Liverpool fans desperate for Adam Wharton signing
Although he has made just 12 Premier League appearances this season due to suffering with injury, Crystal Palace gem Adam Wharton has managed to catch the eye of many.
The 21-year-old has had scouts from Real Madrid sent to watch him as they are interested in a summer transfer move for him.
However, Liverpool have also been credited with interest, despite needing to prioritise other positions first.
While Warton’s signature may not be the most crucial signing at Anfield, supporters have responded positively to the news and urged Slot to sign a player labelled as “magic” and “insane.”
Wharton could be a great addition for Liverpool
Although he has not played much football this term and may not have the most top-flight experience, Liverpool shouldn’t pass on the opportunity to sign a player like Wharton.
The 21-year-old has plenty of years of development ahead of him and would surely shine under Slot’s management but he also has a strong base to build off.
Appearances | Goals | Assists | |
Blackburn Rovers | 51 | 4 | 5 |
Crystal Palace | 32 | 0 | 4 |
The midfielder is composed and has an excellent reading of the game and therefore, putting him into a side with other intelligent players would no doubt allow him to progress even further.
Real Madrid will surely be an attractive prospect but with the Reds looking set to win the Premier League title this term, in the Carabao Cup final and still competing in the Champions League, Anfield is also an incredibly exciting place to be.
The youngster has already got himself into the England side and looks certain to be called up again, despite a lack of game time speaking volumes about his talent.
Naturally, the boss may have other priorities when it comes to different positions but a player of this quality would surely fit in at Liverpool.
