Arne Slot has his Dominik Szoboszlai 2.0 after big Liverpool Under-21 scenes
Liverpool have a steady conveyor belt of youth talents at the moment.
Rio Ngumoha and Trey Nyoni have broken through at Liverpool recently, as that duo have broken through into the first-team ranks.
They follow the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Conor Bradley and Curtis Jones have graced Arne Slot’s Liverpool team, as academy stars to make an impact on the senior side.
Slot may have another Dominik Szoboszlai on his hands after the latest scenes in the youth ranks.
Erik Farkas shines for Liverpool Under-21s
Liverpool gem Erik Farkas has been compared to Szoboszlai, primarily due to the fact that he is also Hungarian and he plays in attacking midfield.
He has been at the centre of a battle between Hungary and England, but has recently starred for the Three Lions’ Under-17 ranks, notching two assists.
He continued that great form for the Reds Under-21 side, as he got another assist in his debut for them, with another promising star, Kareem Ahmed also netting for Liverpool.
Hungarian journalist and Liverpool fan Bence Boscak labelled Farkas as a “big talent” after his latest exploits.
Arne Slot can count on Erik Farkas to step up
Farkas is viewed as a perfect player for Slot’s system when he does eventually make it to the first team.
The likes of Manchester City and Manchester United have been linked with attempts to poach him, while Spanish and Portuguese sides are also interested in securing his services.

- Has made three appearances for England Under-17s
However, Farkas is highly rated, and it is difficult to see the Reds allowing him to depart anytime soon, especially after his recent displays on Merseyside and beyond.
Given Fenway Sports Group’s recent announcement that the academy will be given a £20million renovation, it seems likely that there will be more talent making their way into the senior squad in the near future.
Farkas looks likely to be one of the next players to make it, if he continues his rapid rise to stardom in the next few months.
