Alexander Isak transfer: Where will he rank amongst Liverpool’s top earners?
Alexander Isak is set to finally secure his dream move to Liverpool.
Isak has been desperate to move to Anfield, with Liverpool having a £110million bid rejected earlier this month.
The Newcastle star has made clear his desire to join Liverpool, going on strike and releasing a statement accusing the Magpies of broken promises.
The Reds had not made a new bid, and he looked set to stay on Tyneside, but everything has now changed.

Isak set to sign six-year deal at Liverpool
Liverpool have agreed a £130million deal to sign Isak, after they made a second bid on 31 August.
The Times Journalist Paul Joyce reported on 1 September that the Swedish forward is expected to sign a six-year contract on Merseyside.
The deal will smash the British transfer record, but it could also have a significant impact on the Reds’ wage structure.
How will Isak rank amongst Liverpool’s top earners?
Isak reportedly wants a £300k-per-week salary at Liverpool, and if he is handed that amount, he would instantly become the third-highest earner at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah would retain his place at the top, as he is understood to be paid £400,000-a-week, according to estimates from Capology.
Reds skipper Virgil van Dijk is on £350,000-a-week, according to the outlet, so Isak would be just below him on the list.

The 25-year-old would be just above the likes of Hugo Ekitike, who is on a reported £200,000-a-week and Florian Wirtz, with the German claiming £195,000-a-week.
Isak will cost the Reds a total of £218.6m, considering the transfer fee and his £15.6m salary over the six-year deal.
If he performs to the standards that he is expected to and leads Arne Slot’s sides to multiple trophies, it will be worth every penny.
Liverpool can afford to spend this summer as a result of their frugality in previous years; it looks as though that strategy is paying off at the moment, as they have had a transfer window for the ages.
Fenway Sports Group have produced a masterclass, and it has put the Reds in the best possible position for future success.
