Slot faces Luis Diaz predicament
With Luis Diaz seemingly on his way out of the club, Arne Slot must assess who he wants to replace the Colombian.
Club | Appearanaces | Goals | Assists |
Liverpool | 148 | 41 | 23 |
The Reds looked vulnerable against AC Milan last time out, as they felt the affects of Diaz’s absence.
Fenway Sports Group have backed the Slot this summer, but they need the new additions to gel before the season starts, and with a replacement for Diaz potentially weeks away, the Reds could be set for a slow start.
The likes of Ben Doak have so far managed to reduce the affects of Diaz’s potential departure, but the 19-year-old can’t handle the pressure of replacing the winger straight away.
