Liverpool to release new tribute for Diogo Jota from Anfield
Liverpool and football supporters everywhere have been mourning the tragic death of Diogo Jota.
Jota and his brother, Andre Silva, lost their lives in a car accident in Zamora on Thursday, a historic city located in North-West Spain.
The Portuguese truly left his mark on Anfield, and Jota’s contributions to Liverpool will always be remembered.
Now, the Merseyside club will release a new tribute for their attacking star to celebrate his time with the Premier League champions.

Liverpool TV to air Jota tribute
People from all walks of life have been saluting the former Wolves man, with Ozzy Osbourne paying tribute to Jota at Black Sabbath’s farewell show.
Black Sabbath were not the only British band to salute the Portuguese, with Oasis displaying an image of him during the song Live Forever.
The forward moved to Anfield from Wolves in 2020 and made 182 appearances for the Reds, with 65 goals and 26 assists.

Furthermore, he lifted the Premier League trophy with Liverpool at the end of last season, adding to his FA Cup and two League Cup trophies.
Now, Liverpool TV are set to show a special Jota tribute on Monday evening, according to the Liverpool Echo’s Theo Squires on X (7 July).
The channel has been off-air since the forward’s passing, but will return with an hour-long tribute show from Anfield, followed by a compilation of all his goals for the Reds.
Moreover, an image is attached to the social media post, which provides details of how to pay tribute.
Jota will always be in the hearts of the Reds
It still feels too soon to make sense of what has happened; indeed, it may never properly sink in.
What is for certain is that the messages and social media posts, and all the rest, point to the fact that Jota was one of the very best.
One can only imagine what those close to the footballer are going through in this difficult time.
When the new season starts, the players, coaching staff, and supporters will come together like they always do.
Liverpool have immortalised Jota’s shirt number, and he will live forever on Merseyside.
