‘Liverpool have obvious Tyler Morton decision’ after what he did away from Anfield
Tyler Morton has handed Liverpool an obvious decision to make after what he did away from Anfield recently.
The Reds’ youngster is yet to receive a prolonged opportunity in the first-team squad with his boyhood club, and they also failed to secure him a loan spell last term.
Morton has previously impressed in the Championship across stints with both Hull City and Blackburn Rovers, and he now looks to be ready to take the next step in his journey as a young footballer.
The 22-year-old has arguably become a victim of the success of Arne Slot’s side, as their relentlessness last season perhaps made opportunities for young players a little hard to come by at times.

Morton’s performance in the U21 Euros Final should make life easy for Liverpool
Morton has been mooted for a potential Anfield exit this summer, after his struggles to break through into Slot’s first-team plans.
The youngster was understood to have been weighing up the thought of departing the Reds, after receiving several enquiries from elsewhere.
West Ham had been linked with a move for Morton back in January, and now they are understood to have re-established their interest in the midfielder, according to the print edition of The Mail on Sunday (29 June, pg. 89).
However, Morton’s recent display in the final of the U21 Euros should tell Slot and Co. everything they need to know about the youngster, and at the same time, provide them with an easy solution regarding his future.

Liverpool must keep Morton after Euro U21 final display
Morton has received praise for his recent displays with England in the U21 Euros, and he arguably saved his best showing for last.
The midfielder came on in difficult circumstances just minutes before half-time, but put in an impressive display in the middle of the park as Lee Carsley’s side eventually emerged victorious after extra time.
Morton caught the eye at the base of the England midfield, and even laid on a delicious cross which was converted by Jonathan Rowe for the winner.
Having proven what he is capable of once again, Liverpool should be doing everything they can to fend off the recent interest in the starlet and keep him at Anfield.
He has bags of ability and could easily become a key player for the Reds in the years to come.
