‘Guehi edges closer to Liverpool switch’ as medical test booked for Monday
Marc Guehi could soon be named as a Liverpool player.

A departure for Jarell Quansah is firmly on the cards, with a medical booked in at Bayer Leverkusen on Monday (30 June) [Fabrizio Romano, 28 June].
The 22-year-old looks set to link up with Erik ten Hag’s side in the Bundesliga, leaving the door open for Guehi to join the Reds in the coming weeks.
Guehi to replace Quansah at Liverpool
It is an excellent piece of business for Arne Slot to part ways with a squad player, bring in a £30million fee and then target better options.
This would be the case if Guehi were to come in, given how much the gulf in experience and quality is between himself and Quansah.
