Wolves approach Liverpool to sign midfielder wanted across Europe
Liverpool are preparing for a busy summer with plenty of players set to join and leave the Reds.
Arne Slot enjoyed an incredible debut campaign at Anfield as he led Liverpool to their 20th English league title.
Now, the Dutchman will be looking to build on this and is set for a busy summer as a result.
The Reds are expected to announce the signing of Jeremie Frimpong imminently, while they also look to be closing in on another Bayer Leverkusen star in the form of Florian Wirtz.
However, plenty of players are expected to leave Liverpool too, with one midfielder now attracting interest from Wolves and across Europe.

Wolves approach Liverpool to sign midfielder Kieran Morrison
As reported by Fabrizio Romano via X (30 May), Wolves have a “genuine interest” in Morrison, a highly-rated talent at Liverpool.
The West Midlands outfit have approached the Reds about signing the 18-year-old.

Other clubs across Europe are also keen on signing Morrison.
The Northern Ireland Under-19 international has impressed on numerous occasions for Liverpool’s youth teams, but has been unable to make a senior appearance this season.
Morrison featured on the bench in Liverpool’s Champions League loss to PSV. However, the Reds’ exit from both the FA Cup and Champions League reduced opportunities for him to perform on the pitch.
A move to Wolves could allow Morrison to break through into first-team football, as Liverpool’s abundance of talent has made it difficult for the youngster.
Morrison has been an asset to the Liverpool academy
Morrison shone through in Liverpool’s Under-19 UEFA Youth League matches this season, especially against Stuttgart, where the young Reds were 2-0 down before Morrison pulled a goal back.
His goal against Bayer Leverkusen, in the UEFA competition earlier in the season, was also applauded.
Liverpool finished second in the Premier League 2 table, in which Morrison featured 19 times, with a notable performance against Wolves, where he registered three assists in their 4-1 victory.
While Morrison is a truly promising talent for Liverpool, the lack of opportunities given to him this season may encourage Liverpool to take the offer from Wolves seriously, as the Reds already look to expand their squad heavily this summer.
