Jamie Carragher leaves IShowSpeed red-faced after Liverpool dig
Jamie Carragher is one of the most iconic figures in Liverpool’s history.
The Bootle-born centre-back made 737 appearances for the Anfield side, second only to Ian Callaghan on the all-time list.
The 47-year-old was a part of the squad that won the 2004-05 Champions League in what is considered as the best final in the competition’s history.
He has since gone into punditry, becoming one of the best in the business, regularly appearing on Sky Sports and CBS Sports.

Carragher fires back at Speed after Liverpool dig made
The Liverpool legend and Micah Richards spent Friday (30 May) with American social media influencer Darren Jason Watkins Jr, more commonly known as IShowSpeed, ahead of their coverage of the upcoming final on CBS.
The YouTube sensation, who has nearly 40million subscribers on the platform, is widely known for his love of five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo.
Carragher accused the content creator of using the former Manchester United star to boost his following on his Twitch stream, saying: “Were you just using him to try and get your numbers up? You come in when you were 15 to start to get going, you jump on Ronaldo, you do his celebrations.”
Speed replied, saying: “Jamie, have you ever lifted a trophy a day in your life, a UCL trophy. Have you ever lifted a UCL trophy?”
Carragher fired back, saying: “That will go down well on your stream. I was only part of the greatest final of all time.”
Speed was left red-faced as he checked, which Richards left in hysterics on the live stream.

Liverpool fans will love Carragher’s response
The 2005 final will forever live on in the memories of Reds supporters as it was the most iconic moment in the club’s history.
The fightback against a star-studded AC Milan team, three goals down at half-time, Carragher and Co. will forever be immortalised in the history books as the greatest ever final.
The L4 outfit recently celebrated the 20-year anniversary, although it was somewhat overshadowed by them lifting the Premier League title on the same day.
Reds supporters will love that their former star put the American in his place and reminded the world of their historic success.
Arne Slot‘s side will be hoping to go further in the competition next season after a disappointing exit to Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16 this season.
There is every chance that they can do exactly that with moves lined up for Milos Kerkez and Florian Wirtz, and Jeremie Frimpong’s transfer already completed as Fenway Sports Group backs the Dutchman.
