Luis Diaz becomes ‘top target’ for Liverpool exit in blockbuster deal
Luis Diaz could leave Liverpool this summer.
The Colombian star notched 13 goals and five assists in 36 matches as the Reds won the Premier League title at a canter.
Fenway Sports Group are set to back Arne Slot in the transfer market but they may need sales if they are to pull off moves for the likes of Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez and Florian Wirtz.
The former Porto man would be one of their most saleable assets if they did decide to cash in on his great form.

Diaz could leave Liverpool this summer
Diaz has been linked with an Anfield exit throughout the season despite his impressive campaign.
A report from talkSPORT (29 May) claims that Al-Nassr have made the Colombian winger their top target for the summer window.
It states that the 28-year-old is also attracting interest from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid but Diaz is pushing for a new contract with the Reds.

Liverpool should keep Diaz
The 63-cap international has proved his ability to star in English football as a versatile forward, capable of featuring and contributing from the left or in a number nine role.
Given the uncertainty over the futures of Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez, both of whom were nowhere near as potent as Diaz in front of goal for Slot’s side, it makes no sense to sell the latter.
The L4 outfit already have a huge rebuild on their hands, so losing multiple forwards in the same window would not be ideal in their attempts to retain their crown ahead of the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City, who will surely strengthen to try and catch the defending champions.
The potential of having Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo, Wirtz and Diaz terrorising opposition defences on a weekly basis is a very tantalising one, and would almost guarantee success next season.
Diaz is currently contracted until 2027 on Merseyside and the Reds hierarchy will be keen not to lose him on a free transfer when he is the wrong side of 30, they may decide to cash in eventually but it will surely not be this summer.
