FSG to ‘celebrate Premier League title’ with mega Liverpool transfer for Florian Wirtz
Arne Slot has had a brilliant first season with Liverpool, getting his hands on the Premier League trophy at the first time of asking.
The Dutchman will certainly have earned the support of FSG in the summer transfer window, with several deals already in the pipeline at Anfield.
Although the Reds have been miles ahead of their rivals this term, both Arsenal and Manchester City are expected to recruit heavily over the summer to push for top spot.
Therefore, Liverpool will have to add to their squad too, and it seems as though the boss is already well underway in his preparations.

Liverpool line up mega Florian Wirtz transfer
Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk extending their contracts at Anfield is already a massive boost for Liverpool and will no doubt help attract new players to Merseyside too.
However, Trent Alexander-Arnold’s departure from Anfield has prompted the boss to start thinking about new additions, with a move for Jeremie Frimpong already underway.
The Mereyside outfit have also been linked with a move for Milos Kerkez and don’t seem to be stopping there, with Florian Wirtz the latest name on the list of potential signings.

According to journalist Sebastien Vidal via X (20 May), Liverpool have now submitted a concrete contract offer to try and lure Wirtz to Anfield this summer.
The report states that the attacking midfielder’s representatives have already met with the management of the Merseyside side.
Despite the Bayer Leverkusen star being valued at £126million, the Reds are looking to get a massive summer deal over the line.
FSG celebrate Premier League with Wirtz
There wasn’t much in terms of transfer business from Liverpool last season and Slot did a great job with the players he inherited.
However, having had a season with the squad, he is ready to put his stamp on things in preparation for the new season, hoping his side can retain their Premier League title.
Seemingly, FSG are ready to celebrate the Premier League title win by showing the man at the helm the support that is needed to make his side the best in the top flight again next season.
Not only do the Reds want to secure a second consecutive title, but signing the right players will allow for further progression in the Champions League and hopefully, increase the chance of more trophies.
The addition of Wirtz would be a massive statement for the Liverpool owners, who need to be feared.
