Liverpool fans will love what Ibrahima Konate was caught doing in loss v Chelsea
Ibrahima Konate was an unused substitute in the 3-1 defeat against Chelsea on Sunday, but still managed to catch the attention of the Liverpool faithful.
Liverpool succumbed to a convincing defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 4 May after Arne Slot made wholesale changes to his team.
Konate was among those who were dropped, with Jarell Quansah given a chance to impress ahead of the summer transfer window.
However, the Englishman had a nightmare of a game, as he scored an own goal and conceded a penalty, resulting in two goals for Chelsea.

Konate spotted ‘dancing’ after loss v Chelsea
With Liverpool heading towards a loss, Slot brought on some of his best players from the bench, including Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai.
However, Konate was one of four players to remain unused, alongside Luis Diaz, Andy Robertson and Caoimhin Kelleher.
Nevertheless, the France international was seen ‘dancing’ in front of the away stand after the game, according to Ian Doyle.
It was not just Konate who was in a jolly mood despite the defeat, as the fans in the away end were also spotted ‘celebrating’ as per the Liverpool Echo journalist.

Liverpool fans will certainly love the attitude displayed by the centre-back.
It is safe to say the players were not too bothered by the result, having already clinched the Premier League title.
While the result was huge for Chelsea in the race to qualify for the UEFA Champions League, the Reds appeared to be still in a celebratory mood.
Liverpool fans will love Konate dancing at Stamford Bridge
The Anfield faithful were left infuriated by Gary Neville after he continuously waxed lyrical about Cole Palmer during commentary on Sky Sports.
However, Konate’s actions after the game will have the opposite reaction, despite the Reds suffering a defeat at Stamford Bridge.
The defender has established himself as a fan favourite since joining Liverpool in 2021 and the supporters will be hopeful that he commits his future the Reds beyond 2026.
