Liverpool will be without several key players for their trip to face Leicester City on Sunday.
The Reds are looking to take a significant step towards winning the Premier League this season, with just two wins needed to achieve that feat.
Arne Slot’s men will be aiming to get the first of those ticked off on Sunday (20 April) when they make the journey to the King Power Stadium.
However, it won’t be a routine fixture because Leicester are still fighting for their survival in the top flight of English football, as a defeat this weekend will relegate the Foxes.
Leicester have only managed to win four games all season, and defeating the league leaders will certainly be a tall task for them, but given the importance, they will be pushing to make the unthinkable happen.
Liverpool are set to be without some key players
The fact that Liverpool are not at full strength on Sunday could give Leicester an opening to cause some problems on the day.
Slot will be without Joe Gomez once again due to injury, which has been a long-running issue that is set to keep him out for the remainder of the season.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is also likely to be unavailable, although he could find a place on the bench after a lengthy injury as he prepares to leave the club.

The Foxes will also be missing central midfielder Harry Winks due to being suspended, and not having his experience will be a real blow to Leicester.
However, Ruud van Nistelrooy has confirmed that Wout Faes and Jeremy Monga are fit to return from their minor injuries, which will help the team.
