Liverpool ‘have Luis Diaz replacement lined-up’ after new Romano update
Luis Diaz could be on the chopping block at Liverpool in the summer.
The Colombia international has notched 10 goals and five assists in the Premier League but has been very inconsistent.
Interest from Barcelona and Saudi Arabia refuses to go away and the Reds could sanction an exit after the latest update that emerged from Germany on a potential transfer target.

Liverpool could replace Diaz with homegrown Dortmund ace
Several English clubs have been credited with a move for Jamie Gittens and Liverpool are in the race for his signature.
Liverpool News exclusively reported in January that Borussia Dortmund would likely accept a bid of £70million for the former Manchester City and Chelsea youth star.
Sky Sports journalist Patrick Berger reported (7 April) that the winger has submitted a transfer request and that could allow the Reds to sell Diaz to Saudi Arabia and replace him with the 20-year-old.
Fabrizio Romano reported (7 April) that Saudi clubs are expected to reignite their interest in the Anfield ace in the summer.
He said: “Saudi clubs retain their interest, including Al Nassr, in Luis Diaz. I was already telling you about this player a few weeks ago.”
“I told you Darwin Nunez is expected to leave Liverpool in the summer – Luis Diaz is a possibility.”
Gittens would be perfect Diaz replacement for Liverpool
Gittens has enjoyed a stunning breakthrough season in Germany, sparking significant interest in his services.
The England Under-21 international has notched 12 goals and 4 assists which has put some of Europe’s biggest clubs on notice.

The Reds could secure one of the brightest talents in world football ahead of their rivals and future-proof the left-hand side of attack in the process.
If they can secure a significant fee from Saudi for Diaz and reinvest it in the Dortmund star, who is much younger with a higher potential and homegrown status, it would be a very clever move.
The Colombian has underwhelmed under Arne Slot despite a respectable contribution rate and if the Reds can upgrade, they should allow the 28-year-old to depart for greener pastures.
It looks as if the Anfield outfit will lift the Premier League trophy at the end of the season but Slot’s squad needs significant upgrades if they are to push on and contend for all honors next season rather than just the league title.
