Liverpool v PSG result predicted by supercomputer in Champions League
Liverpool welcome Paris Saint-Germain to Anfield on Tuesday with a place up for grabs in the quarter finals of the Champions League.
The Reds head into their home clash with the Ligue 1 Leaders with a 1-0 aggregate lead, after victory in the first leg in the French capital on 5 March.
Following their victory in Paris, Arne Slot’s men returned to Premier League action with a 3-1 win against Southampton, thanks to Darwin Nunez and a brace of Mohamed Salah penalties.
The Reds now head into their Champions League duties with an incredibly healthy 15-point lead at the top of the Premier League over Arsenal.

Liverpool set to beat PSG again
Last time out against PSG, the Reds emerged as victors thanks to a late goal from Harvey Elliott, who scored just a matter of seconds after being introduced to the action as a substitute.
PSG did find the back of the net through Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, but his effort was chalked off for a marginal offside, before Alisson produced an inspired performance.

Opta’s supercomputer has predicted the chances of a draw stand at 24.1 per cent, with that outcome enough to see Liverpool through to the Champions League quarter-finals.
The computer crunched the numbers and has predicted that the Reds have a 41.7 per cent chance of victory, while Luis Enrique’s side have a 34.2 per cent chance of a win at Anfield.

Liverpool must perform better than in the reverse leg with PSG
The Reds will be delighted that they are heading into the second leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie with PSG with a 1-0 advantage.
However, their overall performance in Paris last week was far from satisfactory as they were under constant pressure from the likes of Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembele.
Due to PSG’s threat last week, Alisson was forced to make a whopping nine saves, and by his admission he had the best game of his life.
If Liverpool are to defeat PSG once again, and book their place in the next round of the Champions League, they simply have to produce a better performance than Paris.
Should the Reds concede such a plethora of goalscoring opportunities to the Ligue 1 leaders yet again, it is unlikely to end well for them at Anfield.
However, if Liverpool perform in the same manner which has helped them hold such a strong lead in the Premier League as well as reaching the League Cup final, they should even be capable of brushing Enrique’s men aside.
