Liverpool agree double-your-money deal, delighted CEO speaks out
Liverpool are well on track to win the Premier League title this term and are set to receive a financial windfall at the start of the 2025/26 season.
Arne Slot has only been in charge of the Anfield outfit since the start of the campaign but his impact on the Reds has been made more than known.
The Reds are 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League table and have shown no signs of slowing down any time soon.
And, after a new announcement made by the club, the Reds are set to be in for a cash windfall ahead of next season.

Liverpool to start new kit sponsorship with Adidas
Rumours have been rife since the start of the 2024/25 campaign, and it has now been confirmed that Adidas will be Liverpool’s kit supplier next season.
At the moment, it’s Nike who have the honour but that deal has now run its course.
The official announcement was made via Liverpool’s official website on Monday (10 March), with delighted CEO Billy Hogan speaking out on what it means to the club to have got the deal over the line.
“Everyone at the club is incredibly excited to welcome Adidas back into the LFC family. We have enjoyed fantastic success together in the past and created some of the most iconic LFC kits of all time,” he said.
“Adidas and Liverpool share an ambition of success and we couldn’t be more excited to partner together again as we look forward to creating more incredible kits to help drive on-pitch performance.
“We’d like to thank Nike for their support over the last five years and wish them well for the future.”

Paul Joyce shares finer details of Liverpool deal
Liverpool’s contract with Nike lasted over a period of five years, and although some of the Reds’ best times in recent memory have come from when their kits were supplied by them, a new direction will be good for the Merseyside outfit.
And a new report from The Times journalist Paul Joyce [10 March] highlights just how much better off Liverpool will be come the summer.
“Liverpool have confirmed a new multi-year kit deal with Adidas which is set to be worth more than £60million per season,” he wrote.
“Under the terms of the Nike deal, the American company paid Liverpool a guaranteed £30million a year, plus a 20 per cent royalty on net sales of Liverpool products.
“They also promoted Liverpool’s kit through their roster of high-profile stars, the basketball star LeBron James, who is a minor shareholder in the Anfield club, tennis player Serena Williams and musician Drake.
“That helped to swell the initial £30million payment to around double the amount.”
Liverpool have been unstoppable in the Premier League this season, and with an extra £30million coming into the club each season, they’ll be even more dominant.
Team | Position | Points |

Nottingham Forest | 3rd | 51 |
Chelsea | 4th | 49 |
There are a few areas within the Reds’ squad that could do with upgrading next season and there’s no doubt that the extra money could help in that regard.
As mentioned, the Reds are well on course to win the Premier League title this season, which would be a perfect way for things to end between the Merseyside outfit and Nike.
Only time will tell what the future holds, but with extra money coming in, things can surely only continue going upwards from here on out.
