Liverpool: Gareth Southgate makes Trent Alexander-Arnold call after injury news
Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold was spotted outside of the England dressing room on 23 March as Brazil were welcomed to Wembley.
The Daily Mail has reported that despite being injured, the defender was called by Gareth Southgate who reassured him he is still in his plans.
It is shared that if Alexander-Arnold is sure of a place in the European Championship’s squad if he proves his fitness to the England management.
Alexander-Arnold nears fitness for Liverpool
Despite the rise of Conor Bradley in that right-back role, Jurgen Klopp will be delighted once Alexander-Arnold returns.
The England international has been there, done it and won it all, something that will be vital between now and the end of the Premier League season.
With Southgate personally staying in touch with the defender, hopefully, there will be more positive news regarding his injury in the next few weeks.
It comes only days after Fabrizio Romano shared that Real Madrid were keeping a close eye on the right-back, with no new contract talks having started yet at Anfield.

With one of the tightest Premier League title races in some time going on at the same time Klopp is on his final run in charge of the club, getting these players back is pivotal.
It is time to really put the foot down in these final games and go out with a real bang – Alexander-Arnold will be key to that.
In other Liverpool news, UEFA have reached a compensation settlement with a group of fans who took legal action over the Champions League final chaos in Paris.
